The $119 tune-up takes about 60 to 90 minutes per system and checks:
- Thermostat operation
- Electrical connections, capacitor and contactor
- Refrigerant pressures (AC)
- Condensate drain, blower and filter
- Burners, heat exchanger visual inspection and flue draft (furnace)
- Carbon monoxide at the furnace

Comfort Club maintenance plan
Per home: one spring AC tune-up and one fall furnace tune-up, priority scheduling, no after-hours fee and 10% off repair labor, for $15 a month or $159 a year. Parts and equipment are not discounted. Cancel any time.

- Yes, on approved credit through a third-party lender. Terms depend on the lender and your credit; ask the chat assistant or call for details.

- Those are generally outside the normal service area. Call (314) 555-0142 and ask whether an exception is possible.
- Is the $89 diagnostic charged on top of a tune-up?
- No. The diagnostic is for repair visits and is credited toward the repair if you approve it the same visit. A tune-up is a flat $119.
- Is the booking form instant?
- No. It is a request. The office confirms the time by phone or text.
